Just found your blog by accident looking for the cz movie “Lidice.” I am a fourth generation 100 % Czech born in the United States. My daughter and I just returned from the Czech Republic after taking her to see her homeland. I am a retired professor of sociology and political science living in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. If you are interested in Lidice and such, you (or your daughter) would probably love to read “Someone named Eva” – I had my middle school students read it and they could not put the book down.
