“If you help us find terrorists good things will happen for you…” That is pretty much the summary of the treaty that the USA signed with eight, USA-friendly states, Czech Republic included. Once all the American safety requirements are completed – which should be as early as October of this year – the Czech tourists will not need a visa to travel to the US. The traveling permission will be given out via the electronic system called the ESTA.
Since these “privileged” countries will have a right to pretty much come and go whenever they want the traveling safety guidelines will be more strict. For example, the armed American secret agents will be joining the flying crew much often now. What other countries are on the list besides the Czech REpublic? Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania, Lotya, Hungary, Malta and South Korea.
“Kdyz nam pomuzes vycmuchat teroristy, tak se ti blahodarne odmenime..” To je zkracena verze memoranda, ktere podepsaly Spojene staty s osmi zememi vcetne Ceske republiky. Tito novacci musi ale nejdrive splnit vsechny zprisnene americke bezpecnostni pozadavky – Cesi se je snazi dokoncit do konce zari. Krome sdileni informaci o teroristech tyto prisna pravidla take zahrnuji povoleni americkych ozbrojenych agentu na palubach letadel. Az bude vsechno toto “papirovani” u konce (doufejme ze v zari), Cesi pak budou moci koncecne obdrzet povoleni k cestovani skrze elektronicky system zvany ESTA, ktery ma byt spusten jiz toto leto.
