I do all of the above.My husband too learned Dobrou Chut or sometimes we say Bon Apetit or Buen Aprovecho....depending on how we feel. My American husband and stepson both know how to use a knife and a fork and we practice it whenever I cook (and I love to do that)...and yes, I never use a napkin, only when we have roasted chicken.The vegetable I remember is hlavkovy salat....not like here in the US - Romaine, Arugola and the rest million other varieties.
