What: Painting Exhibition of Catherine Cabaniss (showing her paintings of Prague)

What: 16th Annual Slovak Heritage Festival

What: The Czech Ambassador Petr Kolar presents an award to Georgiana Dolejsi and Kent Wilson for great and significant contribution to the progress of Czech-American relations.

    Looks like I should move to DC where all the action is :o)
    We have some stuff going on during the summer months around here. I used to go, but it’s not much fun. Grandmas and grandpas dance to polka and talk about old times ;o)

    Maybe you should start something in your neck of the woods! Don’t forget to put up a warning sign that says “Only positive Czechs allowed access” 😉

    Hi, we live in Atlanta, GA and there used to be more things going on about ten years ago. But latelly I do not seem to find much either.
    Anybody has any info on things to do around Atlanta? We did Mikulas last year, but this year the pub is closed down. There is a plan for another this year. but that is about it.
    Thanks for ideas
