I agree. They come here now to shop, shop, shop… and we have to drive them around. Still, it’s good to see them and spend time with. It’s like they bring piece of home with them. When I go home, I don’t shop. I visit with many family members and eat.

and yea.. they will have all the money. My MIL just came to visit 3 months ago and brought 2 empty suitcases with her. She said everything is so cheap here! Which is funny because thats what I said 3 years ago in Czech

Yay! My friends from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and come and visit!

I know some of them think the US has all the high-paying jobs in the world – but when they come now, with the US economic crisis/credit crunch, they will have the money! (Czech korun) =D

Yay. It is still a visa, you have to ask a permission to visit the USA. It is cheaper, though. You do not get the sticker in your passport, so let’s call it what it is. Sticker free visa.

I know, that’s the bad part…that means that EVERYONE will want to come and “visit” (you know, the Czech way – the visit lasts at least 3 weeks….and the visitors have no car….and no money…;)
